How to decorate bedroom like a house? - shabby chic dog beds

I would like to renovate my bedroom to resemble a house. I was thinking of a sofa-bed .. and mini-fridge and so on. But what else? I also felt like a small room for my dog. I also have this huge wall and idk what to do with it, hahah. Sorry for the dark photos.

I know that my room was a mess, it is very old. I mean, my room is always the same .. lol only cleaner.

I like the idea of a small glass table with some magazines or something on it. Do not look that professional.
BTW, I like to go for an elegant look to regret it. Many whites. And they have high ceilings in my room, I paint the ceiling, as the blue sky and cloudsbc theres only a small window in my room and still dark.
